Quote from Shooting Star Children's Hospice following a MiH Concert:
"I would like to tell you about a young boy named C. C always enjoyed music as a small child and used to watch the opera on TV, shushing his Mum and Dad! At age 3 C suffered an accident that paralysed him and his parents were not given much hope for his future. C has not been able to speak or move since the accident. At a recent harp concert provided by MiH C’s fingers were gently strummed along the harp strings. C found his voice for the first time and began vocalising – showing his enjoyment. Not surprisingly he ended up coughing as his vocal chords had not been used for so long! C’s Mum cried as she watched his response that proved he was her little boy. This moment gave her the hope and strength she so desperately needed at that time. She played the harp with C with tears rolling down her cheeks. The harpist stayed for 3 hours – as our parents wanted more and more and he was keen to oblige!"
