“Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity have been collaborating with Music in Hospitals for almost a decade and in the course of that time have experienced countless positive experiences. To be able to escape from the trials and tribulations of life both as patient, staff and visitor whilst engaged in a concert for just awhile is to give respite and hope, pleasure and laughter – all of which make the health experience more bearable.”
Karen Sarkissian, Guy's and St Thomas' Charity
The work of Music in Hospitals is dependent upon obtaining charitable donations from companies, foundations, trusts, schools, clubs, societies and individuals in a way that enables the benefactors to receive value for money.
None of our special concerts could take place without your generous support. Music in Hospitals constantly needs funds to continue bringing live music to adults and children in care. Your money will be used in the most effective way possible to bring the joy and therapeutic benefits of live music to the sick and disabled and will also help support administrative costs needed to ensure that Music in Hospitals concerts are run to the highest standard, along with fundraising efforts to secure the future of our charity's work.
