Creating Joy Through Live Music
"So many thanks for the magical concert yesterday. We loved the harp, it was so gentle. All your musicians are great and touch all our children’s hearts. Thank you so much."
Music in Hospitals is full of people who care passionately about our mission – and volunteers are an important part of our team. Volunteers bring a breadth of skills, diversity of experience, and plenty of enthusiasm to our work.
Some of our volunteers are based at our office in Surrey, whilst others are 'virtual volunteers' – working from home, typically using their own computer and the internet to do research or provide administration support.
We want to make sure that volunteering for Music in Hospitals is a meaningful and inspirational experience. All volunteers are introduced to the charity, their role, attend a local concert, and receive ongoing support from staff.
There are a number of ways in which volunteers work with Music in Hospitals:
Whether you want to improve your CV with new skills, meet new people or just feel good about yourself, Music in Hospitals can offer opportunities that might just change your life!
