Music in Hospitals organise some 5,000 live concerts across the UK each year, reaching in the region of 125,000 adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability.

In 2010/2011
- We organised 4,872 live concerts in healthcare settings throughout the UK - an average of 13 live concerts a day. England: 2,594 Wales: 567, Scotland: 1,711.
- Our musicians visited some 1,500 different healthcare venues
- We worked with some 300 professional musicians - all of whom were carefully selected by audition
- Allocated 87% of total expenditure to direct charitable purposes
- Attracted donations and grants in England and Wales of some £413,000 from generous individuals, charitable trusts, companies, schools, clubs, local councils, community groups and other funding organisations.
We recently carried out a survey of evaluation forms completed by healthcare staff after our concerts, from which we have found that the key objectives for Music in Hospitals are met in a significant majority of cases:
